Chicken Rita

Pasta twists with sautéed chicken and oven roasted artichokes in a lemon and caper sauce.


Preparation Directions

Prepare pasta twists according to directions on box. Mix lemon pepper & dill seasoning with bread crumbs.  Dip chicken breasts in a beaten egg, then in seasoned bread crumbs. sauté in 3 tbsp. olive oil for 10 minutes.  Add artichokes, capers, and lemon juice, sauté for an additional 5 minutes.  Serve over pasta twists.
