Pasta twists with sautéed chicken and oven roasted artichokes in a lemon and
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. dill
- juice of one lemon
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. artichoke hearts
- 1 lb. pasta twists
Prepare pasta twists according to directions on box. Mix lemon pepper & dill seasoning with bread
crumbs. Dip chicken breasts in a beaten egg, then in seasoned bread crumbs. sauté in 3 tbsp. olive
oil for 10 minutes.  Add artichokes, capers, and lemon juice, sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve over pasta twists.
